Wear detection on your pipe lines
For demanding applications of pneumatic & hydraulic conveyors of dangerous or polluting products, it is essential to be able to control in real time the status of the lining, in order to proceed to the replacement of the elements before liners failure and leak generation.
Produr offers a detection loop system integrated into the ceramic liner.
When the liner is damaged, a signal is emitted which can be retrieved either from the control room of the installation or from a stand-alone box. At this point, the user has enough time to schedule a replacement during a maintenance shutdown.
This system is adaptable to any type of coating:
- DURZALT 40 Basalt
- DURHART 200 Electrofused ceramic
- ALDUR 240 Sintered alumina
